Extra Care Package

6 weeks / 3 visits

Includes a full breastfeeding assessment, fundamentals of breastfeeding, baby weight before & after feeds, a review of pumping (if needed) and overall family education on newborn care & new mommy recovery. This package also includes either a prenatal visit and a 1 hour follow up visits that are scheduled as needed, for a total of 3 visits.

If a family does not have need of a prenatal visit than both additional visits can be follow ups.  This package is ideal for parents wanting to make the transition with baby the most comfortable as possible. It also provides in home support to address slow weight gain, nipple trauma, breastfeeding jaundice and suck issues/poor milk transfer.

Documentation shared with the pediatrician as needed and/or by request.
